My educational credentials consist of an A.S. in Business Management, two years of architectural studies, and a B.S. in Construction Management/Wood Products Engineering from the School of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University. I’m also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in both Florida and New York.

I have spent the last 20 years, my entire professional career, in the arenas of Project Management, Real Estate, and Development. During this time, I managed and built a town home development; designed, built, and sold a single-family home development; designed, built, marketed, and sold more than 50 custom homes ranging from homes worth half a million dollars to oceanfront estates valued at more than ten million dollars.

As a company we have also designed, constructed, and managed exclusive commercial spaces including luxurious office suites, themed aquarium superstores, and Class A+ work spaces.

Our Design and Project Management team experience has taken us from our company base in Florida to New York, Nevada, and the Bahamas.

“Experience the Difference”

Thomas M. O’Reilly

Born and raised in Sweden, I realized at a very early age that my passion was interior design. My keen interest, combined with the experience of having lived in several different countries, has afforded me the opportunity to work with many interesting clients on exciting interior design projects all over the world.

I believe the key to good design work is being a good listener. It is important to understand the client’s lifestyle and personal preferences in order to provide the best possible design recommendations given their budget constraints and their specific needs.

My projects have ranged from the transformation of a single room, to the design of multi-million dollar waterfront estates where my work begins with the architect and continues until the last accessory is put in its place and the candles are lit!

Thus far, my experiences have taken me all over Florida, to New York City, to Long Island, to Las Vegas, and to the Bahamas.

For many, the process of designing a home or commercial environment can be overwhelming. Most people know what they like, but are not entirely sure how to pull it all together…that’s where I come in. Designing your space can and should be fun; good design lends flow to an entire project and promotes a seamless living or working environment of high style and function. My job is to make the process interesting and rewarding!

My reward is the happy client that loves (and is proud of) the final product!
